Role | Main Contractor to the Builder
The building of this granny flat was so special because of those living inside, it gave them exactly what they needed in a home and we think it’s just perfect.
Fully timber framed on a raised stump system and cladded in James Hardie Hardiplank with a skillion roof, it also included:
- Assisted living features including no hobs, built-in tile seat to shower, rebated/flush door sills, wider internal doors, and cavity sliders throughout.
- A beautiful Ekodeck composite decking wrapping around the existing trees
- Exposed timber rafters and beautiful over-sized posts to the verandah
- Custom concrete paths and a shower base with shells and stones collected by the clients
To this day, we know that the clients are still enjoying every moment in their lovely home.
